He has a sound track record of over 15 years work experience with one of Nigeria’s leading Architectural firm, Integrated Projects Limited, a design and build firm which has afforded him the opportunity to speedily become a seasoned professional through several collaboration with reputable Architectural and multi-disciplined allied consulting firms both home and abroad.
Bimbo Fajemirokun is the founding partner of AVANTILINE DESIGN LIMITED with the vision to providing a responsive imaginative professional service tailored to the aspiration of its clients plus delivery of quality results regardless of commission, size or type.
MANAGING PARTNER 2
An Architect with over 15 years post qualification experience with a very good knowledge of the Architectural and construction industry, having practiced at the high level of the industry on mostly private sector projects and a few public sector projects.
Yusuf has an in-depth experience in the procurement of various buildings which includes design, consultants’ co-ordination, construction, documentation, on-site implementation, co-ordination and supervision of major contractors on various projects for residential, institutional and public buildings.
He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON), he is also experienced in contract administration and co-ordination with multi-disciplinary team of allied professionals in executing various projects.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Mercy Alao, ACIPM, HRPL, is a highly accomplished Chartered Human Resource Professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership. She currently serves as the Human Resource Manager at Avantiline Design Limited, where she plays a key role in aligning people strategy with business objectives to drive growth and operational excellence. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM).
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Olaide Mujidat Tiamiyu, AAT, ACA, is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant and financial professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Currently a Financial Accountant at Avantiline Design Limited, Olaide specializes in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
Olaide has a proven history of ensuring tax compliance, managing bank reconciliations, and successfully implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
Proficient in software including QuickBooks Enterprise, Sage Business Cloud and Zoho Books, Olaide is dedicated to utilizing expertise to drive business excellence and optimize performance.
DIRECTOR
An Architect and Project Manager with 7 years post graduate experience. His interest is majorly in sustainable Architectural works and implementation of all aspects of construction services. Ranging from Architectural Designs to MFP services, structural designs and automation. He is an active partner and Director of AVANTILINE DESIGN LIMITED.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
A Project Management Consultant with over 7 years of experience leading IT and Engineering projects to success.
Oluwaseyi excels in strategic planning, scheduling and team coordination, utilizing his expertise in Oracle Primavera. Equipped with a degree in Project Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Oluwaseyi is also an IPMA certified Project Management professional who trains individuals and organizations.
For the past 2 years, Oluwaseyi has been a valuable asset to Avantiline Design Limited, successfully managing construction projects of all sizes from start to finish.
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 1 (LEGAL ADVISER)
Awe Babatunde Jonathan is a highly accomplished Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria with over 20 years of experience in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, contracts, corporate governance, and intellectual property.
He is a Fellow of several professional institutes, including the Institute of Management Consultants and the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals.
He is the Practice Lead at Litigation Associates & Consults (Lagos/Abuja) and Principal Consultant at Al-Hikmah Consults (Abuja). His practice covers Risk Management, Insolvency, Arbitration, Intellectual Property, Construction Law, and Corporate Advisory.
Awe is recognized for his expertise in contracts risk management, with strong legal drafting and analytical skills that help prevent disputes and protect clients’ interests.
He also has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, having served as a Company Secretary and Legal Adviser for major firms.

His career spans diverse sectors including consulting, telecoms, banking, manufacturing, and project management, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge.
Academically, he holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
He is a Chartered Member of the Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) and holds numerous certifications, including Certified In Cybersecurity (CC), ISO 20000 IT Service Management Associate, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Associate, Enterprise Risk Management, Scrum Master Certification, and ISO 27001 Information Security Associate.
He is also an Oracle Certified Professional.

Ayoola Ojoniyi is a seasoned construction consultants majoring in approval processing, building authorisation, safety, with over a decade of hands-on experience in the construction and real estate industry.
With an extensive track record across various states in Nigeria – particularly Lagos and Ogun – he has successfully navigating the complex regulatory frameworks governing building approvals and development permits.
Currently serving as the Approval Consultant for Avantiline Design Limited, Ayoola brings deep expertise, precision, and strategic insight to every project, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements while facilitating smooth approval processes for both residential and commercial developments.
His professionalism and results-driven approach have earned him a strong reputation among clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies alike.
